The warranty covers hardware faults under normal use. It does not cover physical or liquid damage, or software problems. Keep your receipt; it is your warranty card.
If an item arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, WhatsApp us or bring it to the shop within 7 days with the receipt and all accessories. We will repair, replace or refund it.
Consumables such as toner and ink can be returned unopened within 7 days.
